About the Role As a Senior Analyst in NIQ’s Innovation BASES team, you will own innovation research studies end to end—from setup and fieldwork management to analysis and client ready storytelling. You will be an execution expert within the team, while also training and guiding junior analysts on BASES processes, data handling, and insight development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and turning data into compelling narratives. What You’ll Do End-to-End Study Execution Lead full project delivery from commissioning to final presentation. Set up questionnaires, concept boards, sample specs, and study inputs; align with internal teams to kick off fieldwork. Monitor field progress, ensure timely delivery, and manage all operational steps. Conduct detailed data QC and implement the analytical plan. Integrate in-market data to strengthen context and recommendations. Build clear, insight led reports and presentations aligned to client objectives. Client Consulting & Communication Manage day-to-day client communication for assigned studies; respond to queries and clarify design or results. Present findings with strong storytelling and actionable recommendations. Participate in client briefings and help connect business needs to BASES solutions. Coaching & Collaboration Train junior analysts on study setup, analysis, data checks, and storytelling best practices. Share templates, tools, and tips to improve workflow and quality across the team. Model disciplined project management, proactive communication, and collaborative behavior. What You Bring 2–3+ years of experience in marketing research or related analytical roles. Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to interpret data effectively. Clear communication skills with strength in building data-driven stories. Solid project management and multitasking capabilities. Comfort working in digital/virtual environments. Understanding of marketing research methods, statistics, and innovation metrics. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with NIQ/BASES tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree required; Postgraduate/MBA preferred. Experience with innovation concept or product testing strongly preferred.
