Senior Product Designer

As our new Senior Product Designer, you'll lead and execute product initiatives from concept to UI, bringing a user-focused mentality to everything you ship. You'll join a small, close-knit Product Design team, report to the Head of Product, partner day to day with Research, Product Management, and Development, and work with other teams as collaborators and stakeholders. It's a hands-on senior design role with the opportunity to grow into leading the PD team as it scales, while staying close to the design work Your primary canvas is MyKinsta, the dashboard where our customers manage their sites, but your scope also extends to the service layer to cover the full user experience of Kinsta. This means a design output can include internal workflows, customer communication, or additional tooling. You'll work with a high level of autonomy while you design features, manage stakeholders, provide UX guidance, and occasionally step in to own a project through delivery.
