Develop and evaluate complex pathology-focused clinical tasks for AI training
Create and review high-difficulty pathology and laboratory medicine cases for an AI training project. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for diagnostic accuracy, clinical relevance, and patient safety. Work remotely from Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, or Turkey.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-difficulty pathology and laboratory medicine cases and benchmark tasks
- Review pathology reports, laboratory findings, and longitudinal medical records
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for diagnostic accuracy, clinical relevance, and patient safety
- Create gold-standard answers and clinically defensible reference solutions
- Apply structured rubrics to evaluate reasoning, terminology, and clinical accuracy
Requirements
- Medical degree or equivalent professional qualification in Pathology/Laboratory Medicine
- Active or recently held professional license, registration, or certification
- Approximately 8+ years of professional experience in pathology
