Why This Role?
Anda akan bekerja di perusahaan yang memfokuskan pada regulasi Bank Indonesia dan kebutuhan legal.
Key Responsibilities
- Memberikan legal opinion dan konsultasi hukum kepada seluruh departemen perusahaan
- Menyusun, mereview, dan melakukan negosiasi berbagai dokumen hukum seperti perjanjian kerja sama, NDA, MoU, SLA, vendor agreement, dan dokum
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas bisnis perusahaan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku
Requirements
- Memiliki gelar S1 Hukum dari Universitas terakreditasi
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Legal & Compliance, dengan minimal 1 tahun pada industri Payment Gateway, Fintech, Perbankan,
- Memiliki pengalaman menangani corporate legal, contract drafting, legal review, dan regulatory compliance
