Audit workflows across the firm to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Audit workflows across the firm to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement
- Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows and automations using Zapier and n8n
- Troubleshoot and improve existing automations that are unreliable or broken
- Build and maintain integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, and Agorapulse
- Use APIs and custom development to solve problems that existing tools can't handle effectively
- Leverage Claude Code and other leading LLMs to rapidly build, troubleshoot, and optimize automations and integrations
Requirements
- Previous experience implementing automations and process improvements for law firms
- Strong hands-on experience with AI implementation and business process automation
- Strong experience working with LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, or similar models
- Experience integrating LLMs into workflows through APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or custom development
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools to troubleshoot existing systems, write or modify code, connect APIs, and rapidly implement solut
- Hands-on experience with Clio and Lawmatics
