Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes to improve medical AI reasoning quality
Physicians evaluate clinical EHR vignettes paired with questions, proposed answers, and distractor answers across multiple organ systems. They score clinical reasoning quality, check reasoning chains, and write short rationales. Work involves three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication to improve AI tools for real clinical complexity.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes with questions, proposed answers, and distractor answers across diagnosis and treatment tasks
- Score clinical reasoning quality including vignette accuracy, completeness, answer correctness, and trap quality
- Check whether reasoning chains reach answers from vignette facts alone and write short rationales
- Participate in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and active, unrestricted US medical license
- Board certification or completed residency training with recent direct patient care
- Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience
- Strong clinical reasoning in differential diagnosis and evidence-based guidelines
- Strong written English at C1+ level
