SAP Administrator (100% Remote)

California (United States) Overview In this remote role you will administer and optimize SAP Ariba and Concur to ensure reliable system performance and accurate procurement data. You will collaborate with procurement operations and IT to implement enhancements, maintain data quality, and enable compliant reporting. You will lead change management, training, and stakeholder engagement to drive user adoption and operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to shape scalable procurement processes and analytics across the organization. Compensation / Benefits annual incentive plan bonus health insurance pre-tax spending accounts retirement benefits paid time off short-term and long-term disability Responsibilities Administer and support SAP Ariba & Concur systems, including testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Manage system tickets and coordinate with SAP support; ensure documentation of functionality and controls Configure modules and ensure seamless integration with SAP ERP and other systems Maintain master data integrity for suppliers, items, and contracts; coordinate data updates across teams Support design and delivery of reports and dashboards; track KPIs and procurement savings Act as SAP SME for internal and external stakeholders; drive change management and training Collaborate on procurement process design and policy alignment; drive continuous improvement Support system upgrades and new functionality through change management and communications Key requirements 5 years of experience managing SAP Ariba & Concur systems as an Administrator 5 years of experience with project management, leadership, time management and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentations) Availability to work hours 8 am CT-5 pm CT with flexibility as needed communication stakeholder engagement leadership SAP Ariba SAP Concur ERP integration
