Build customer relationships to close sales deals
Identify and develop new sales prospects, present products persuasively, and build long-term client relationships. Work in Jakarta Selatan with a short-term contract, focusing on achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Identify and develop new sales prospects through market research and active prospecting
- Present products and services persuasively to potential customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Provide detailed sales reports and market feedback to management regularly
Requirements
- Minimum D3 or equivalent education; higher education in Business, Communication, or related fields preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Salesman or Sales Representative in a relevant industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
