Meet and exceed sales targets while managing project databases and conducting fieldwork to identify new opportunities. Present products to potential clients and maintain accurate sales documentation. Report progress to management and adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management
- Manage and develop project databases and conduct fieldwork to find new opportunities
- Present products to potential and existing clients
- Prepare and manage sales administration including BQ, Quotation, PO, SO, and PKS
- Create regular reports on work activities and sales progress
- Maintain compliance with company policies and use Flexnote Suite for management
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in project-based sales (construction/materials)
- Ability to read BQ/BOQ and simple drawings, and prepare accurate quotations
- Experience using CRM/ERP and creating reliable forecasts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Own vehicle and active driver's license
