Key Responsibilities
- Jalankan panggilan keluar ke pelanggan potensial menggunakan basis data yang disediakan perusahaan
- Kenalkan SAP GROW dan nilai tambahnya dengan cara yang singkat dan profesional
- Identifikasi sistem ERP/bisnis saat ini dan tantangan bisnis utama pelanggan
- Lakukan kualifikasi BANT untuk memastikan prospek memiliki anggaran, otoritas, kebutuhan, dan waktu
- Jadwalkan pertemuan penemuan antara prospek yang terkualifikasi dan tim penjualan yang ditugaskan
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma atau Sarjana
- Pengalaman 1-3 tahun di telesales, telemarketing, atau penjualan dalam
- Pengalaman menjual produk/jasa B2B
- Komunikasi lisan yang baik dan percaya diri dalam melakukan panggilan keluar
- Mampu menggunakan CRM dan Excel/Google Sheets
