Key Responsibilities
- Memantau dan menganalisis aktivitas pelanggan yang mencurigakan dan perilaku penipuan potensial
- Menguji dokumen pelanggan dan melakukan pengecekan KYC sesuai dengan prosedur internal
- Mengidentifikasi risiko dan anomali terkait transaksi pembayaran
- Menginvestigasi kasus penipuan, pelanggaran syarat dan ketentuan, dan pola aktivitas pengguna yang aneh
- Bekerja sama dengan tim internal untuk meningkatkan proses pencegahan penipuan
Requirements
- Pengalaman 3+ bulan di bidang Risk, Payments, Fraud Prevention, KYC, Compliance, atau Customer Support
- Pengalaman dengan verifikasi dokumen dan pengolahan pembayaran
- Kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola yang mencurigakan dan membuat keputusan berdasarkan informasi yang tersedia
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan volume data dan kasus yang besar
- Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris tingkat Pre-Intermediate (A2+) atau lebih tinggi
