Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns to drive conversions, generate revenue, and deliver measurable results. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging ad campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS. Stay up to date with TikTok advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns
- Develop and execute paid social strategies focused on conversions, customer acquisition, and ROAS
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS
- Identify winning ad creatives and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing video content
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and bidding strategies
- Manage advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns efficiently
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns
- Strong proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager and paid social advertising strategies
- Demonstrated ability to launch, optimize, and scale performance
