Key Responsibilities
- Memantau antrian dukungan dan mengambil permintaan baru
- Membaca setiap permintaan dengan cermat dan menjawab menggunakan basis pengetahuan dan templat yang disetujui
- Melaporkan masalah yang tidak dapat diselesaikan kepada tim pemimpin dengan catatan singkat
- Menandai dan melog setiap permintaan di lembaran pelacakan sederhana

Requirements
- Mampu menulis dengan jelas dan sopan dalam bahasa Inggris
