REMOTE - Benefits Representative - No Experience

Jacksonville, Florida (United States) We're looking for motivated, personable individuals who enjoy helping others and want to build their skills in customer service and sales. In this remote role, you'll connect with individuals and families, explain available life insurance and supplemental benefit options, and guide clients through the application process. Previous insurance experience is not required. We're seeking candidates who are eager to learn, communicate clearly, and bring a professional, dependable approach to their work. What You'll Do Meet with prospective clients through virtual appointments and phone calls. Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities. Explain insurance products, coverage options, and costs in clear, straightforward language. Recommend suitable coverage and assist with applications. Answer questions and follow up with clients throughout the process. Maintain accurate records of appointments, conversations, and applications. Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings. Work toward individual sales and client-service goals. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback. Good organization and consistent follow-through. Comfort using video conferencing, email, and online tools. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Willingness to obtain the required provincial or state insurance licence before conducting licensed activities. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales can be helpful, but applicants from other backgrounds are welcome.
