Build microfinance client relationships in Bali
Build and nurture relationships with microfinance clients in Bali. You'll identify potential clients, explain loan products, and manage loan applications and repayments. This role supports YCAB Ventures' mission of empowering women entrepreneurs through financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer microfinance products
- Conduct initial surveys to assess loan eligibility
- Complete and submit loan documentation for review
- Facilitate loan approvals and disbursements
- Collect loan repayments and follow up on payments
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, credit, or collections
- Minimum SMU/SMK education
- Ability to drive and have a valid SIM C
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Orientation towards targets and results
