We're looking for someone who will own Reddit as a channel, end to end, strategy through posting through reporting. If you want real ownership, move fast, and raise the bar every week, keep reading. This is not a maintenance role. Everything here is being built or rebuilt. What you'll own Reddit as a channel. You build the strategy and you execute it. The subreddits we own. You grow them and keep them healthy. Our presence in the communities that matter to us, including the sentiment around our name. Turning our AI search target topic list into what actually gets posted and where. A daily report on what went out, where, and what it did. The call on what we should be testing next. We're not going to hand you a content calendar. You'll thrive here if... You've spent years on Reddit and you read a subreddit's rules the way other people read a room. You know why a post got removed before the mod tells you. You understand that AI answers pull from Reddit, and you can explain why that changes what's worth posting. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move. Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either. You're an AI power user, not someone who's "open to learning it someday." You communicate clearly, especially when things are unclear. You have opinions and you're not afraid to bring them. What we're looking for Real hands on Reddit experience for a brand or product. Your own keyboard, your own accounts, not oversight of someone else doing it. Subreddits you've personally moderated or grown, and the numbers to go with them Working knowledge of AutoMod, karma gates, account age limits, and flair rules AI tools built into how you work daily, not bolted on at the end Daily reporting, without being chased for it Overlap with US working hours Fluent written English Ideal: you've done this for a SaaS or technical product. Selling software on Reddit is a different sport than selling a physical product. What working here actually looks like High expectations. Real ownership. Things change fast and we don't apologize for it. You'll work with smart people who push you, a product that keeps getting better, and a team that's genuinely building something new. We'll probably give you more to own than you expected. That's on purpose. We use AI every day, across every function. That's just how we work.
