Coordinate interior fit-out projects and maintenance tasks
Support interior fit-out projects and maintenance tasks by coordinating vendors, tracking progress, and ensuring work meets standards and deadlines. Prepare tender documents, monitor project work, and maintain detailed records of maintenance needs. Collaborate with vendors and technicians for repairs and follow-ups, while compiling progress reports and vendor communications.

- Prepare tender documents, BOQ, and evaluation administration
- Monitor and coordinate interior/fit-out work with vendors and landlords
- Record maintenance needs for machines and interiors
- Coordinate with vendors/technicians for repairs and follow-ups
- Compile progress reports, maintain documentation, and handle vendor correspondence
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in fit-out/maintenance projects is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD)
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel for business
