Oversee the development of grading and drainage designs, stormwater management (SWM) designs, and erosion control (E&S) designs. Mentor and delegate tasks to less-experienced staff, providing constructive feedback. Review zoning, SALDO, and agency regulations relevant to projects. Evaluate CAD layout plans for cost and regulatory optimization. Prepare preliminary grading plans and SWM due diligence summaries.
