Analyze and improve finance processes to boost efficiency
Support project planning, monitoring, and execution within the Finance function. Analyze project performance, evaluate business processes, and identify improvement opportunities to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data to support planning, tracking, and decision-making
- Develop project plans, timelines, and progress reports to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
- Monitor project performance and identify risks, issues, and deviations from agreed timelines and objectives
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Finance
- Support cross-functional projects by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment of project activities
- Prepare project status updates, dashboards, management reports, and presentation materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Analyst, PMO, Business Process Improvement, Finance Transformation, or similar
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices
- Experience working within Finance or Accounting or related functions is preferred
