**Employment:** Internship **Start Date:** Summer **Department:** Management & Administration **Role Overview:** This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, market research, and data analytics. **Program Highlights:** - Be part of a meaningful summer project where your ideas and input truly matter—you’ll help solve real business problems using the latest tech and tools, culminating with an internship deliverable and presentation. - Receive ongoing support and guidance from a mentor (or "buddy") who’ll help you grow professionally and navigate your summer experience. - Foundational understanding of experience, automation, and AI technologies, such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, and others. - Utilizes exceptional problem-solving skills techniques to identify the root causes of issues and create innovative and practical solutions. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** - Provide support in strategic development, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives. - Analyze data to uncover insights, solve complex problems, and inform business decisions. - Works closely with clients to analyze how their business is working today and how it could be improved for tomorrow. - Develop recommendations using functional/industry expertise and market research. - Execute value realization tracking and ongoing maintenance of business case associated with a strategic transformation, including costs, benefits, etc. - Conduct internal and external interviews, identification of opportunities, prioritization, roadmap definition, process design, and operating model design. - Build core consulting skills while helping clients drive transformation and create meaningful impact. - Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like AI, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics. - Apply soft skills, including communication, adaptability, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational abilities. **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably Analytics, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, and Supply Chain) with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028. - Prior internship or work experience. - Skills & experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau. - Data-driven decision maker with a strategic mindset and a strong grasp of business fundamentals. - Proactively curious and innovative—actively seeking to understand and leverage emerging technologies, including Gen AI. - Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making sound judgments with incomplete information, and driving forward with confidence. - Proven collaborator who inspires and elevates team/classmates/club-members, while respecting diverse perspectives. - Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and accountability in delivering results under pressure. - Passionate about continuous learning and personal development, leveraging feedback and seeking growth opportunities beyond the classroom. - Experience or exposure to applying AI, advanced generative AI, engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain concepts with examples of what they have built in academic, experiments, internship, or project settings. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Prior internship experience in consulting, technology, or professional services. - Project experience through work or coursework by developing and implementing solutions to solve real-world business challenges, demonstrating a consulting mindset. - Leadership experience through student organizations or extracurricular activities. - A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development. **Compensation:** The compensation for this role is $27–35 per hour. **Procedure:** We are an HR consultancy firm, and we help candidates match with the potenti
