Develop and deliver a smart grid workshop for Syrian engineering students
Create and teach a Power System Operations and Grid Reliability Workshop for Syrian engineering students as part of the Future Tech Leaders programme. Develop training materials, deliver up to three sessions, and evaluate the workshop's impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical training materials, workshop content, presentations, exercises, assessments, and participant resources for the Power Syste
- Deliver the workshop to beneficiaries, including up to three sessions
- Prepare evaluation reports and gather feedback for areas of improvement
- Summarize all activities conducted, participation levels, key achievements, challenges encountered, and recommendations for future programme
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in power systems engineering, grid operations, energy systems modelling, or the application of AI/data-d
- Demonstrated experience in power system modelling, simulation, and analysis using industry-standard tools such as PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFact
- Proven experience in smart grid technologies, including renewable and distributed energy resource integration, grid monitoring and control s
