Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 11+. Design and implement REST APIs and system integrations. Participate in architectural decisions and technical standards. Ensure code quality through automated testing and code review. Work on event-driven and microservices architectures. Support multidisciplinary squads in solving complex software problems. Monitor and optimize application performance. Operate in Cloud Native environments.

- Knowledge and application of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar)
- Experience orchestrating containers with Docker and Kubernetes

O que esperamos que você saiba Experiência sólida no desenvolvimento com Java 11+. Conhecimento avançado em Spring Boot e todo o ecossistema Spring. Forte vivência com arquitetura de microsserviços e desenho de APIs RESTful. Experiência prática na modelagem e uso de bancos de dados relacionais e NoSQL. Conhecimento e aplicação de mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ ou similares). Experiência orquestrando containers com Docker e Kubernetes. Conhecimento sólido em práticas DevOps e CI/CD.
