Performance Tester/Test Lead

The Role Performance Tester to evaluate and ensure the scalability, reliability, stability, and responsiveness of applications under varying loads in CLSSettlement services. Should have strong experience in the banking and financial services domain with FOREX trading knowledge. Will be responsible for designing and executing performance and load tests to ensure our systems meet performance expectations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools and frameworks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Skills/Key Responsibilities Minimum 7 to 10 years of performance test experience in banking and financial services domain. Hands on experience with Linux environment , Cron scheduler , Component Level performance validation and Analysis including RTGS Systems ( SWIFT , PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications) Experience in design and develop the Performance Test Artifacts. Enhance and debug the Load Runner scripts and result analysis. Contribute to non-functional requirement (NFR) definitions. Analyze test results against NFRs and identify bottlenecks in system performance. Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, Perl and Shell scripting. Hands on Experience on Defect management process (Jira) and Change Management Process. Define and maintain performance testing strategy, test scenarios, and test data. Contribute to performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization efforts. Analyze system performance metrics including response time, throughput, resource utilization, and scalability. Identify memory leaks, and potential issues (under different load conditions) Ensure that all performance testing activities align with business requirements and SLAs.
