- Manage and develop TikTok Shop live streaming operations from start to optimal performance
- Build and oversee a live streaming team, including hosts and operational staff
- Develop live schedules, SOPs, and sales strategies, and evaluate session performance
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Live Streaming or Live Commerce
- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce operations, especially Marketplace
- Proven sales experience and ability to demonstrate past work results
- Experience in categories like Home & Living, Home Decor, or household goods
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Mandarin language proficiency
