Partnership Marketing Manager

<p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong><br>The Partnership Marketing Manager supports the Head of Partnership by structuring,&nbsp;marketing and scaling PrimeXBT affiliate, IB and partnership programs globally. This is&nbsp;a hands on operator role focused on systems, campaigns, partner communication,&nbsp;acquisition funnels and measurable partner activation.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>• Build clear processes for partner onboarding, activation, communication, campaign&nbsp;execution, reporting and performance follow up.<br>• Create internal playbooks, templates, checklists and operating workflows so the&nbsp;partnership team can scale faster.<br>• Manage partner facing communication across Telegram, WhatsApp, social media, email&nbsp;and other community channels.<br>• Create campaign briefs, newsletters, announcements, promotional messages, educational&nbsp;content and partner updates.<br>• Launch acquisition campaigns to generate new affiliates, IBs, influencers, community&nbsp;partners and regional business partners.<br>• Build and optimize partner acquisition funnels including landing pages, lead forms, email&nbsp;sequences, Telegram flows and follow up processes.<br>• Support partner events, expos, webinars and local activations with decks, messaging,&nbsp;booth materials, lead capture and post event follow up.<br>• Produce partner enablement assets including banners, social kits, landing pages, product&nbsp;explainers, trading education and regional promotional materials.</p> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br>• 3 to 5 years in marketing, affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, community&nbsp;management or growth marketing.<br>• Experience in crypto, CFD, forex, trading, fintech, iGaming or affiliate driven industries.<br>• Strong understanding of affiliates, Introducing Brokers, partner acquisition and partner&nbsp;activation funnels.<br>• Proven ability to manage Telegram, WhatsApp, social media channels, community groups&nbsp;and partner communication.<br>• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns,&nbsp;regions, partners and internal stakeholders.<br>• Excellent written English with the ability to create clear partner facing communication.</p>
