Key Responsibilities
- Mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan melalui mitra dan memastikan mereka mencapai target pendapatan
- Membuat dan mengeksekusi rencana bisnis bersama mitra, menyelaraskan tujuan dan strategi penjualan
- Memantau pipa penjualan mitra, mengidentifikasi peluang, dan memberikan bimbingan untuk mempercepat penutupan deal
- Mengikuti mitra dalam pertemuan pelanggan, panggilan penjualan, demo, dan aktivitas lain untuk mendukung penjualan bersama
- Melaporkan kinerja penjualan mitra, akurasi peramalan, dan tingkat aktivitas
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal Sarjana atau lebih tinggi
- Fluens dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia
- Pengalaman 2-5+ tahun di penjualan B2B, manajemen akun, atau manajemen kanal/mitra
- Pemahaman kuat tentang proses bisnis dan berbagai model bisnis
- Rekam jejak terukur dalam mendorong pertumbuhan pendapatan melalui mitra atau reseller
