Analyze outlet performance to identify improvement opportunities
Monitor and analyze outlet performance to identify gaps and opportunities. Conduct feasibility studies for outlet development, including investment and financial viability. Support implementation and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives. Prepare performance analysis, dashboards, and business reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze outlet performance to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Conduct feasibility studies for outlet development, including investment, financial viability, and projected performance
- Support the implementation and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives
- Prepare performance analysis, dashboards, and business reports to support decision-making
- Maintain outlet performance databases and prepare reports on performance, feasibility studies, BEP, and Payback Period
- Monitor the progress and results of improvement initiatives in coordination with relevant teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, performance management, or outlet/business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, with strong data visualization skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
