Operations and Community Associate (Fluent Japanese Speaker)

Grow and maintain the local Evaluators database for fieldwork projects
Execute local projects under supervision, including Evaluator acquisition, scheduling, and fieldwork execution. Ensure surveys are submitted on time and meet quality standards. Maintain the Evaluators database, update records, and manage evaluator relationships and payment details.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire Evaluators for forecasted missions in operating areas
- Schedule and execute fieldwork projects according to company standards
- Verify field surveys are electronically submitted on time and meet quality standards
- Conduct surveys screening and validation
- Set appropriate pay rates for evaluations while meeting operation margin targets
- Maintain healthy relationships with Evaluators and ensure finance team has payment details for timely disbursement
Requirements
- Diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or relevant field
- 1-2 years of proven Retail/Project Coordination experience and/or Client Servicing
- Fluent in Japanese with excellent English communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills required
- Social media/Tech savvy with interest/experience in social media outreach and community management
