Create Copilot tips and content for non-technical users
Support the promotion and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot among UNAIDS staff by creating user-friendly content, sharing prompts, and gathering feedback. Work independently in a remote, multicultural environment over 12 weeks.

Directly contribute to increasing Copilot awareness and usage within UNAIDS
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare short, user-friendly Copilot tips, use cases, or examples tailored to non-technical users
- Curate, draft, or update simple Copilot-related content such as prompts, FAQs, and quick guides
- Support engagement activities like creating posts for internal platforms and sharing prompts for staff to try in Copilot
- Aid in collecting informal feedback from staff on Copilot usage, frequently asked questions, or challenges
Requirements
- Interest in digital tools, innovation, and AI-enabled productivity
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools; prior exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other GenAI tools is an asset
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply, especially to a non-technical audience
- Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment
- Creativity and a user-oriented mindset
