Recruit and connect with potential borrowers for vehicle financing using BPKB as collateral. Maintain relationships with business agents and support their strategies to boost productivity and loyalty. Coordinate with supervisors and other parties for daily activities, including visits to business agents. Responsible for achieving monthly targets.

Requirements
- Minimum D3/SMA education (preferably with experience)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferred experience in sales/marketing (in multifinance, banking, vehicle credit, or BPKB leasing)
- Enjoy fieldwork
- Own a personal vehicle and have a valid SIM A/C
- Communicative and sociable
