Recruit and connect new business agents with potential loan customers using BPKB vehicle collateral. Maintain relationships with agents, support their strategy development, and coordinate daily activities including agent visits. Achieve monthly targets and ensure smooth operations in the Kudus branch.

- Coordinate daily activities with supervisors and other parties, including agent visits
- Ensure monthly target achievements
Requirements
- Minimum D3/SMA education (preferably with experience)
- Experience in sales/marketing (preferably in multifinance, banking, vehicle credit, or BPKB leasing)
- Enjoy fieldwork and have a personal vehicle with a valid SIM A/C
- Communicative and sociable
- Disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Willing to be stationed in Kudus
