Key Responsibilities
- Mengelola pertanyaan calon tenant melalui WhatsApp dan platform pemasaran
- Melakukan follow-up calon penyewa hingga proses booking
- Mengatur jadwal survei kamar bersama penjaga lokasi
- Memperbarui ketersediaan kamar, harga, dan data penghuni
- Membuat dan memantau tagihan sewa bulanan
- Menyiapkan laporan okupansi, booking, tagihan, dan pembayaran
Requirements
- Komunikatif, ramah, teliti, dan memiliki kemampuan follow-up yang baik
- Menguasai WhatsApp Business, Excel, atau Google Sheets
- Terbiasa melakukan administrasi pembayaran dan pengelolaan data
- Pengalaman di bidang kos, properti, hospitality, atau customer service
