Recover assets and protect BFI Finance's legal interests
Handle contracts and legal issues, both in and out of court, to recover assets and defend BFI Finance's interests. Tasks include visiting consumers, advising on legal matters, monitoring legal processes, and representing BFI Finance in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit consumers to explain legal status and consequences of their issues
- Act as legal advisor in civil and criminal cases
- Monitor and manage ongoing legal processes, including investigations, trials, appeals, and cassations
- Represent BFI Finance in requests for temporary possession or return of assets and collateral
- Take legal action against consumers with Write-Off status according to applicable laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a law firm or finance company (Litigation/Collection)
- Completed PKPA (Legal Professional Competency Examination)
- Active SIM A/C license
- Willingness to travel for business
