In this full-time W2 role, you'll handle inbound consumer inquiries and provide expert guidance on life insurance products tailored to their needs. You'll own your performance targets and play a key role in driving client satisfaction. The physical demands of the role include: Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and other standard office equipment throughout entire 8-hour shift. Ability to communicate verbally by phone and/or video conferencing for extended periods. Ability to read and review information displayed on a computer screen for extended periods.
