Develop and recommend legal strategies for SMS Finance
Develop and recommend legal strategies, policies, and procedures for SMS Finance. Lead and monitor legal operations to ensure compliance with regulations and company objectives. Oversee meetings, document management, and corporate legal matters. Evaluate annual performance and manage relationships with legal consultants.

- Develop and recommend legal strategies, policies, and procedures to the President Director
- Lead and monitor legal operations to ensure compliance with regulations and company objectives
- Oversee the planning and execution of corporate meetings and document management
- Evaluate and report the legal division's annual performance to the Board of Directors
- Manage corporate legal matters and monitor fiduciary registration and corporate licensing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in the multifinance industry
- Certificate of Expertise in the Financing Sector and Advocate Professional Special Education (PKPA) certificate
- Strong knowledge of financing regulations, corporate law, guarantee law, and corporate legal case management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
