Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time)

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are currently seeking Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts to support our F500 clients:</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks and considerations in commercial transactions.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with a wide range of commercial contracts, such as service agreements, IP licensing agreements, software agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Compensation, Benefits &amp; Location:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role offers a range of competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits and paid time off.
