Legal Consultant (Part-time) - Japanese Speakers (Remote)

We support work visa sponsorship and offers remote work arrangements for consultants based in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, supporting a variety of clients.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support</li> <li>Providing practical legal advice and support while aligning with business goals and initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 PQE from corporates, financial institutions or law firm. Open to qualifications from all jurisdictions</li> <li>Experience in drafting, reviewing commercial contracts / providing general inhouse legal support</li> <li>Excellent / native ability to speak, read and write Japanese (essential).
