Achieve monthly booking fee targets and improve lead-to-booking conversion rates. Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, drive arrange visit generation, and provide coaching and training for the sales team. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure an effective sales process and optimal customer experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Management, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the Banking, Property, or Interior Design industry
- Experience working in a service-oriented industry
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a sales-oriented role
- Proven experience in managing and coaching a team
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
