Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports according to PSAK standards
- Oversee cash/bank, receivables, payables, fixed assets, and accounting journals
- Ensure timely tax compliance and reporting
- Assist in annual budgeting and monitor cash flow
- Serve as the primary contact for internal/external auditors and ensure the internal control system operates effectively
- Guide, train, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role
- Brevet Pajak A & B, CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CA (Chartered Accountant)
- Proficiency in PSAK and Indonesian taxation
- Advanced proficiency in accounting/ERP software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong budgeting, leadership, analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills
