Overhaul and manage five social media profiles for a kids bakery, creating a consistent brand presence and driving bookings. You'll optimize profiles, produce weekly content, engage with parents, and report on performance to ensure maximum weekend event attendance.

- Optimize Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Status with fresh bios, story highlights, and clean link
- Create and publish weekly content calendar with daily Reels, posts, and Stories/Status updates using supplied photos and clips
- Respond to comments and DMs promptly until bookings are confirmed, keeping conversations warm and concise
- Develop and execute ongoing engagement initiatives with local parenting communities
- Provide weekly performance reports including reach, new leads, DMs handled, and bookings attributed to social activity
