About Holepunch At Holepunch, we're building a peer-to-peer platform for apps that don't need servers at all. Users connect directly, which means they keep full control of their data and their conversations stay private by design. We believe the internet should be peer-to-peer by default, and Keet, our P2P video call and chat app, is how we're showing the world what that looks like. About the job The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious Junior Project Manager to help keep that work moving. You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
