Key Responsibilities
- Pastikan data di HubSpot CRM selalu akurat, konsisten, dan lengkap.
- Perbarui status dan tahap pipeline sesuai dengan kemajuan saat ini.
- Kerjasama dengan tim Bisnis Pembangunan, Pemasaran, dan Operasional untuk mengumpulkan dan berbagi update.
- Identifikasi dan lapor masalah data yang hilang, usang, atau tidak konsisten.
- Organisasi file pelacakan internal seperti tab KPI, buku klien, dan lembar laporan.
- Dukung tugas laporan ad-hoc, pembersihan data, dan administratif terkait sistem internal.
Requirements
- Sedang kuliah di program Sarjana (preferensi semester 6–8) dengan ketersediaan waktu untuk bekerja paruh waktu.
- Mengambil atau baru selesai program Sarjana di bidang kuantitatif atau analitis seperti Matematika, Keuangan, Akuntansi, Teknik, Analisis Da
- Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris profesional untuk komunikasi internal.
- Memiliki sifat terstruktur, detail-oriented, dan sangat terorganisir.
