Full Description
ABOUT LEMLIST lemlist helps sales teams find the right prospects, reach them across channels, and turn conversations into revenue. We’re building a sales platform that brings together prospecting data, AI, outreach, calling, and deliverability. Our product is growing fast. Every new capability brings new decisions about pricing, billing, and how we help our teams understand and sell it. We’re looking for someone who can connect these pieces and make things happen. YOUR MISSION In this Product Ops - Monetization role, you’ll turn complex, cross-functional product initiatives into clear decisions and well-executed rollouts. You’ll join the Product team and work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your focus will be monetization and billing, alongside internal product enablement. You’ll combine analytical thinking, product understanding, and hands-on project management. Priorities will evolve with business needs and engineering capacity, with a clear owner and expected outcome for each initiative. WHAT YOU WILL DO DRIVE PRICING AND BILLING INITIATIVES - Turn billing pain points from customers and internal teams into clear problems, requirements, and priorities with PMs and engineers. Follow agreed initiatives through implementation, validation, and rollout. - Help evaluate pricing and packaging changes: new plans, add-ons, credits, trials, and bundles. Combine customer feedback, usage data, and financial scenarios to make recommendations and measure results. - Coordinate pricing rollouts across product behavior, billing rules, customer communication, internal training, and operational workflows. Make dependencies and trade-offs visible before launch. - Work with Ops to keep self-serve and sales-led journeys consistent, including upgrades, negotiated plans, discounts, and payment methods. - Partner with Data and Finance to clarify how product and billing events feed ARR reporting and revenue recognition. Surface inconsistencies and coordinate fixes; Finance owns accounting policies and validation. MAKE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE SCALE - Build a consistent approach to internal product training, starting with the launches and capabilities that matter most to Sales, Customer Success, and Support. - Work with PMs to structure demos, use cases, FAQs, and supporting materials. PMs bring product expertise; you help them produce clear content and make sure the right teams can use it. - Coordinate training with the people already involved in enablement and product marketing. Make sure teams understand what a feature does, who it is for, how it works, and how it is priced. - Identify knowledge gaps through feedback and recurring questions, then improve the materials and sessions. Topics could include the parallel dialer, signals, and deliverability. MOVE MONETIZATION PROJECTS FORWARD - Turn monetization projects into a practical plan with owners, milestones, dependencies, and success measures. Follow through, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned. - Use AI and automation where they save time or improve quality, from synthesizing feedback to maintaining knowledge and simplifying recurring workflows. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE WITHIN YOUR FIRST 3 MONTHS - Build a solid understanding of lemlist, its customers, pricing, billing flows, and the way Product and Ops work together. - Agree on a prioritized scope with Product leadership, clear responsibilities across teams, and baseline metrics for your first initiatives. - Deliver a first internal training cycle with PMs and establish reusable materials and a feedback loop. - Take ownership of a first pricing or billing initiative, with a documented rollout plan and delivery milestones agreed with Engineering. WITHIN 12 MONTHS - Coordinate pricing and billing changes through to adoption, with clear measurement of their effect on conversion, expansion, or operational friction. - Make product training a reliable part of major launches, with measurable improvements in team knowledge and fewer recurring information gaps. - Deliver monetization projects and demonstrate their impact on revenue or internal efficiency. WHO YOU ARE MUST HAVE - Experience delivering cross-functional projects in a B2B SaaS environment, whether in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or a similar role. - Strong problem-solving skills. You can take an unclear issue, ask the right questions, work through the details, and recommend a practical way forward. - A track record of getting things done across teams: clarifying ownership, managing dependencies, raising blockers early, and following through. - Confidence with numbers and spreadsheets. You can analyze a funnel, model a pricing scenario, and challenge inconsistent data. - Enough technical fluency to discuss product behavior, billing logic, and edge cases with engineers. You don’t need to code, but you need to understand how the pieces fit together. - Clear written and spoken communication. You can make complex product topics easy to understand and help experts turn their knowledge into useful training. - Ownership, curiosity, and pragmatism. You’re comfortable switching between analysis, coordination, and hands-on execution. - Fluency in English and French. NICE TO HAVE - Experience with SaaS pricing, packaging, subscriptions, or billing systems. - Experience connecting self-serve and sales-led commercial workflows. - Experience with internal enablement, SQL, or AI-powered automation. WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU - Work closely with Product leadership and see how product, monetization, and operations fit together in a growing SaaS business. - Own projects with visible outcomes for customers and internal teams, across monetization and product enablement. - Work with experienced PMs and engineers, with autonomy to propose improvements and carry them through. - Grow a versatile role as lemlist’s product and commercial models evolve. RECRUITMENT PROCESS Interview with Victoire (Lead TA) Interview with Product leadership to discuss your experience and how you approach problems. Practical case and live discussion with Product and Ops, focused on a realistic pricing rollout or product enablement challenge. Final conversation with Charles, our CEO. Reference checks and offer.
