Monitor and ensure timely delivery of packages from pickup to customer
Monitor and coordinate package deliveries across teams, track transactions, and ensure package safety. Train and develop staff performance. Requires experience in logistics, understanding of planning and shipping processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of packages from pickup to customer
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams on deliveries
- Reduce risks of lost or damaged packages
- Monitor all transactions in the Hub
- Oversee inbound and outbound activities
- Train and develop staff performance in the Hub
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Experience in Last Mile/First Mile
- Understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Domestic relocation to Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur
