Manage HR and finance operations for a Singapore-based creative agency
Support HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, leave, attendance, and payroll coordination. Handle day-to-day finance operations such as preparing invoices, tracking payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with basic bookkeeping. Work closely with the Singapore-based team across multiple client accounts while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of HR and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration including onboarding and offboarding
- Handle leave, attendance, payroll coordination, and staff claims
- Maintain employment documentation and employee records
- Prepare invoices and track payments
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and coordinate with the company accountant
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling both people and numbers
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to manage multiple tasks and accounts while maintaining accuracy
