You'll own SLAs and system availability, manage customer and technical escalations, track KPIs and service trends, and report monthly to services leadership. Expect to spend 2-3 days a week at local customer sites, visit remote sites about every six weeks, and handle occasional after-hours work. MUST HAVE: Active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph clearance BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience 5+ years of team leadership and direct people management experience Able to travel about 25-30% across Maryland; Maryland residency preferred HPC technical field team leadership Experience owning SLAs, KPIs and escalations in a technical services environment NICE TO HAVE: Background in multi-technology, multi-vendor HPC or data center environments Experience leading technical customer support or field service teams Interested in hearing more?
