Why This Role?

Key Responsibilities
- Meninjau dokumen organisasi yang ada, termasuk konstituasi dan struktur pemerintahan
- Mengidentifikasi celah dan area yang membutuhkan penjelasan dalam sistem pemerintahan
- Mengembangkan struktur pemerintahan yang jelas, termasuk hubungan antara berbagai badan
- Mendefinisikan peran, tanggung jawab, otoritas, dan akuntabilitas untuk setiap badan dan staf
- Menyarankan prosedur praktis untuk pengambilan keputusan dan manajemen konflik
- Menyusun rencana implementasi yang praktis dengan langkah-langkah berikutnya
Requirements
- Pengalaman dalam pengembangan kerangka pemerintahan organisasi
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara remote dan berkomunikasi melalui email dan pertemuan virtual
- Paham dengan hukum dan regulasi di Uganda
- Kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah hukum lokal
