Key Responsibilities
- Mendefinisikan dan menggerakkan roadmap pengembangan IT sesuai strategi bisnis
- Memimpin pengembangan sistem web, mobile, trading, dan integrasi
- Memastikan arsitektur sistem yang skalabel, mudah dipertahankan, dan berkinerja tinggi
- Mengawasi stabilitas dan kinerja platform trading termasuk sistem obligasi
- Membangun standar koding, praktik SDLC, dan implementasi CI/CD
- Mengawasi strategi pengujian, manajemen lingkungan, dan pengendalian rilis
Requirements
- Pendidikan S1 di bidang Computer Science, Information Technology, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 12–15 tahun di pengembangan IT, dengan minimal 5–7 tahun di posisi kepemimpinan
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di industri pasar modal atau jasa keuangan
- Pengalaman tangguh dalam pengembangan sistem trading, termasuk platform saham dan/atau obligasi
- Pengalaman dalam pengembangan aplikasi enterprise, web, mobile, dan integrasi sistem
