WHY HARVEY At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. ROLE OVERVIEW Harvey is building a best-in-class go-to-market engine, and we're looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to join the GTM Systems team and help scale the systems that power both our pipeline and our customer experience. You'll take on a variety of projects across the full GTM lifecycle, from how we source, enrich, and route leads at the top of the funnel to how we support and engage customers through Zendesk and our Customer Success platforms. This is not a traditional RevOps or Salesforce admin role: we expect this person to work AI-first, using AI tools and agents to build, automate, and maintain systems that would traditionally require engineering support or manual admin work. Reporting to the Head of GTM Systems, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable, reliable systems that directly drive revenue and retention outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Work across a variety of projects on the GTM Systems team, with some sprints focused on top-of-funnel growth and others on support and customer success tooling, flexing to where the business needs you most. - Design and improve top-of-funnel systems including lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing, building enrichment workflows in Clay and across data providers (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.) to power inbound and outbound pipeline. - Configure and optimize Zendesk as Harvey's primary support platform (ticket routing, triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies, agent workspace) and support adjacent CS platforms like Catalyst. - Contribute to Salesforce configuration across the funnel, including lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and automation (Flows, validation rules, custom objects), and how data flows across Salesforce, marketing automation, support, and enrichment tools. - Use AI as a default working method: build and maintain AI agents, automations, and workflows (AI triage, copilots, agent-based enrichment, LLM-powered data quality checks) to eliminate manual admin work and extend what the systems team can ship without engineering support. - Integrate GTM and CS tools with Harvey's broader ecosystem (CRM, product data, internal tools, communication platforms) to ensure a unified view of the customer, and build reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline conversion, support performance, and customer health. - Maintain high data quality and compliance through deduplication, normalization, enrichment governance, and consent/opt-out handling, and document system architecture, workflows, and processes so everything scales as the company grows. WHAT YOU HAVE - 4-8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, Support Ops, or similar roles. - Strong proficiency in Salesforce (data modeling, Flows, lead routing, account hierarchy, reporting) plus hands-on experience administering Zendesk (routing, automations, triggers, SLA policies), or deep expertise in one with proven ability to ramp fast on the other. - Hands-on experience with Clay and at least one major enrichment/data provider (ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.), and experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar). - Demonstrated AI fluency: you already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay AI, Zendesk AI, or similar) to build workflows, automate admin tasks, draft configurations, and troubleshoot, and you can point to concrete things you've shipped this way. - Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design and debug end-to-end data flows across tools, spanning both reactive support workflows and proactive growth motions. - A collaborative, team-first working style: comfortable operating in a pod, picking up varied projects, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, and Operations. Highly organized and documentation-oriented, with a focus on scalable, maintainable systems. BONUS - Experience with Customer Success platforms (Gainsight, Catalyst) or Zendesk certification(s). - Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, or iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft), or integrating GTM systems with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery). - Experience building or deploying AI agents in production (e.g., agentic prospecting, AI ticket triage, health-score automation) - Working knowledge of SQL and/or scripting (Python, JavaScript) for data workflows. - Background in high-growth or early-stage environments where systems are built from the ground up.
