Build and manage scientific lab partnerships across Southeast Asia
Build and manage partnerships with university and research labs in Southeast Asia. Lead onboarding, training, and operational launch, ensuring reliable, high-quality delivery. Implement SOPs, monitor quality, and resolve operational issues. Coordinate with internal teams to identify and escalate risks related to safety, consent, privacy, and data use.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with university and research laboratories to assess partner readiness
- Lead partner onboarding, training, and operational launch through first accepted output
- Implement SOPs, monitor quality, and resolve operational issues
- Manage partner progress, priorities, risks, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate with internal scientific, technical, commercial, and legal teams
- Identify and escalate safety, consent, privacy, and data-use risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant scientific field, or equivalent laboratory experience
- 4+ years of experience in laboratory operations, scientific partnerships, customer success, field operations, or programme management
- Experience managing external stakeholders and ongoing operations
- Knowledge of laboratory workflows, SOPs, and quality standards
- Professional English and working fluency in at least one Southeast Asian language
- Strong communication and organizational skills
